The property

Sunset View is a superb apartment, attached to the owner's home, placed within the picturesque, rural setting of Keelogues in County Galway.

Stepping into the property, you will be greeted to an open-plan living space, where you can sink into the sofa and armchair provided for a relaxing evening, while catching up with your favourite shows.

The kitchen has been fitted with modern white units and sleek black worktops, housing all the appliances you could need to rustle up a delicious home-cooked meal for the whole family, to be enjoyed at the dining area over a glass of chilled wine.

The property offers two well-presented, ground floor bedrooms - a double and single - whilst the first floor offers a spacious twin bedroom.

The family shower room has been fitted with quality fixtures and fittings, with an electric shower.

Take a refreshing drink out to the enclosed patio area, where you can sit out in the afternoon sun and enjoy the lovely views across the owner's land.

While you're in the area, travel towards the 13th century Roscommon Castle, with an adjacent 14 acres of land, featuring a wildlife conservation area and a variety of plant life - perfect for both you and your little ones to explore.

Discover a number of nearby lakes and rivers for those keen on fishing and boating, whilst the bustling town of Castlerea offers a plethora of attractions for you to explore, including a variety of local shops, supermarkets, traditional pubs and restaurants.

Roscommon 9 miles.

Situated in the north west of County Galway and a stone’s throw from the border of County Roscommon is the small rural village of Creggs. Boasting a small population of residents, Creggs is surrounded by glorious green countryside offering customers a true slice of rural living. The village has a local shop, pub serving food and a fish and chip restaurant, and is a short drive to the bustling town of Roscommon. Why not venture to the shores of Lough Rea and try a spot of angling or rent a boat along the Shannon? Also within easy reach is Strokestown House and Gardens, also home to the Irish Famine Museum. The medieval, cobbled streets of Galway are just over an hour away and here you can sample delicious seafood cuisine, traditional Irish music and experience ‘the craic’. Creggs is an excellent base for discovering the West and North West of Ireland.
