  • "The place was built lovely to a very high standard, lovely building and well thought out, parking for our 2 vans was fine."

Plenty of outdoor seating with the lower and upper areas. We had lots of problems with the hot water, the pressure was very poor and the hot water would run out after a short shower, which is very hard when you have a toddler to bath and adults to shower. The worst thing about the place was the upkeep and cleaning, you could tell that they had made a effort to clean the bathrooms and kitchen, but the floors throughout both downstairs and upstairs were filthy, our toddler was black from just crawling up the floor once, they can’t of been mopped in months, they must just have a quick brush over. All round the edges and under furniture there was debris everywhere, the bathrooms we put towels down on the floor as all the dirt stuck to your feet, the towels were filthy after our stray where they had been on the floor. The outside would of been lovely of it was kept, there was dog poo on the grass when we arrived, leaves and built up everywhere, the trampoline was covered (we swept that out to use it) the hot tub (we didn’t pay to use it) although it was horrible, not been looked after the lid had collapsed in all the debris all over, and it was running with horribly water, why it’s not been turned off and drained until needed. In short a lovely placed that needs a good clean up. Got plenty of photos if needed. Thanks

Thankyou for your feedback. If you could send us the pictures, that would be greatly appreciated. If you had made contact with me. We could have arranged to have the issues with the water looked into and I could have arranged a reclean. Property Owner
