  • "The cabin was fine, but the pool on site let our visit down tbh, it was so dirty I just had to come out."

They were obviously training new staff & their inexperience was obvious & their customer care was very low. We used the hot tub every day, we did have to turn it down , 40 is too hot in summer, but once we'd done that it was lovely

Thank you for your feedback I have passed on your comments to the site manager regarding the pool and staff so hopefully they will be in touch. The hot tub is set at 39/40 all year round, however, contact details for the hot tub team are available at the lodge if you need assistance with it at any time and the team visit daily so can always assist.
