We were very disappointed with this property it was really dirty cobwebs were everywhere paint work was very dirty oven needed a good clean the only thing we could say was nice and clean was the bed linen and towels

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—I'm truly sorry to hear about the condition of the property during your stay. This certainly falls short of the standards we aim to provide, and I can understand how disappointing that must have been. Your comments regarding cleanliness, including the cobwebs, paintwork, and oven, have been noted and passed along to the housekeeping and property management teams for urgent review. It’s reassuring to hear that the bed linen and towels met expectations, but we appreciate that this doesn’t make up for the overall experience. We take feedback like this seriously and will be using it to ensure improvements are made moving forward. Thank you again for letting us know. Property Owner
