  We all found the beds too hard I am disabled and had difficulty with the sofas

  Thank you for your feedback, The purpose of the lock box is to store the key whenever you go out,so access to the house is available at all times. The mattresses were all purchased from which recommended manufacturers including Emma. We chose the firmness of the mattresses based on what would satisfy the majority of people and I apologise that the firmness was not to your liking. It was pleasing to note that the cleanliness, accuracy of listing and facilities were rated at 100% by you thank you for this. Property Owner

• "This is a lovely property with plenty of room for all of us."

  There are plenty of extras including a piano which my granddaughter adored. The beds were comfortable and linens provided were good quality. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of equipment and the large fridge/freezer was great. Good to have 2 en-suite and a bathroom, all of which were clean and cared for. I would have preferred twin beds in one room. The house is in a lovely location and very easy to access many things to do and see. Beaches nearby were great and miles of sand. Great shop very close by and the pub was a short walk, although the food changed whilst we were they and the new kitchen owners have a very small menu. My only complaints were that cleanliness of the floors needed to be addressed as did all the cobwebs around light fittings and the windows need a bit of maintenance as they blew fully open in the wind. I would return to the property again as it was large, light and airy, well located and had a garden. We had a lovely stay.

  We would like to thank the owners for their help and concern when we locked ourselves out of the house. However, we would recommend a spare key could be provided more locally if possible.

• "Well equipped and clean property in a quiet location."

  We were a group of seven adults and found the house sufficiently spacious. There is plenty to do in the area, our highlights were Brownsea Island, Kingston Lacey and RSPB Arne. A treat to have a piano!

• "Lovely spacious house, beds very comfortable, very well equipped."

  Sky TV/Netflix/Prime provided and games to keep everyone amused. Quiet area. Would recommend perhaps a smaller step to the front/side & patio doors as this is quite a large step down and our elderly relatives found this a challenge getting in and out! Apart from that, perfect for our needs. Our arrival time was stated as 3pm on the paperwork but the cleaner was still there when we arrived and said it should say 4pm, it was an error by Sykes, so had to come back later, but that wasn't a problem.

• "The house was exactly as listed."

  It was a perfect size for two families and we had a lovely week. House has everything we needed and was in a lovely quiet part of town. Kitchen was well stocked and had a bbq which was fantastic for a sunny week.

• "Absolutely beautiful home from home!"

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would very happily return. It's in a perfect location with friendly neighbours, shops close by and very peaceful during the summer holidays. The little ones loved the space and the garden to play in while we enjoyed the peace!
