A couple of minutes on the ferry takes you to the working steam railway. Dartmouth Castle and 16th century Bayard's Cove Fort are within easy reach. Coleton Fishacre National Trust house and gardens are also nearby as is Greenway, Agatha Christie's home. Only 5 miles from Woodlands Family Theme Park with Zoo Farm. Set on the South West Coast Path, the area is an ideal location for walkers, with Dartmoor National Park only 15 miles away. Torquay and Paignton are less then 45 minutes away. One designated car parking space in a private car park adjacent to the cottage. There is also 'first come first served' local roadside parking for a second car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Property is set up a very steep hill. Note: Children must be supervised at all times due to decked balcony and terrace. Note: The check in time for this property is from 4pm and the check out time is by 11am.
